Kanban System Design – KMP 1

Kanban is also referred to as an alternate path to agility. Offered by the Kanban University, the Kanban System Design KMP1 certification is offered for participants who are new to Scrum teams struggling to reach a consistent development. The Kanban System Design KMP 1 is a comprehensive course that introduces participants to all the fundamental concepts of the Kanban method.
